Questions, answered.
Is this oil cold squeezed?
Yes, squeezed (not crushed) in a hydraulic press at room temperature, with no friction heat. No water, chemicals or solvents added.
Can I use it for deep frying?
Smoke point 160–177°C (320–350°F). Below that temperature the oil stays stable; going well past it is what breaks it down and starts smoke.
Where are the seeds sourced from?
Seeds sourced from Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.
How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
Cool, dark place, away from the stove, with the cap tight. Unopened shelf life is 9 months from the manufacturing date. Cold squeezing means no anti-caking or anti-oxidant additives are needed to make it keep.
How is the oil tested?
All seven oils were analysed together at FHHL Pvt. Ltd., Pune, an NABL-accredited food laboratory, in report FHHL/2511/0174-6, dated 15 November 2025. That is the testing record we hold today; per-batch reports are not yet available. Ask us and we will share the report.
