Why we say cold squeezed.
Seeds are squeezed — not crushed — in a hydraulic press at room temperature. No friction heat, no water, no chemicals. We explored wooden, stone and expeller pressing, and chose hydraulic technology because it keeps the oil pure, consistent and affordable.

Tested in a real laboratory.
We do not publish lab figures on this website. The FHHL reports we hold carry a condition that they not be published without written permission, and we respect that. So here is exactly what our testing evidence covers: one batch, in which all seven oils were analysed together, received 5 November 2025 and reported 15 November 2025. We do not yet have a per-batch testing record for every batch we sell, so we do not claim one. If you have a bottle, ask us for the report covering it and we will send it.
Measured separately in July 2026 (FHHL/2606/0809): cloud point 5 °C, and a refrigeration point of −20 °C for GoHonest safflower against −18 °C for a reference safflower oil — useful to know if the bottle lives in the fridge.
