Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 3 working days - Out-of-stock products:
If items are unavailable, they will be produced and dispatched within 10 working days from the date of order - Customers will be informed in case of any delays

- Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (9 AM – 7 PM)
- Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days
