At Gohonest, once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns or refunds.
However, in certain cases, we are committed to working with our customers to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution.
2. Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product:
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery
- Email us at care@gohonest.in
Required details:
- Order number
- Invoice image
- 1 image of outer packaging
- 2 clear images of damaged product
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Resolution:
- Product will be replaced within 7–10 working days
- Only the damaged item (in case of multiple products) will be replaced
3. Missing Product
If any product is missing from your order:
- Inform us within 2 days of delivery

Required details:
- Order number
- Invoice image
- Outer box image
- 2 clear images of opened package
- Complete unboxing video
Resolution:
- Missing product will be re-shipped promptly
- Refunds are not applicable
4. Spoiled Product
If you receive a spoiled product:
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery

Required details:
- Order number
- Manufacturing/packing date
- Clear images or video of product
Important Note:
- We do not accept returns for variation in:
- Taste
- Texture
- Colour
- Aroma
(This is because our products are natural and handmade, so variations may occur.)
Resolution:
- Product replacement will be provided after proper verification
5. Resolution Timeline
- All emails will be responded within 24–48 hours
- Our team will assist you until the issue is resolved

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Gohonest.
