Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

At Gohonest, once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns or refunds.

However, in certain cases, we are committed to working with our customers to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution.


2. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product:

Required details:

  • Order number
  • Invoice image
  • 1 image of outer packaging
  • 2 clear images of damaged product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Resolution:

  • Product will be replaced within 7–10 working days
  • Only the damaged item (in case of multiple products) will be replaced

3. Missing Product

If any product is missing from your order:

Required details:

  • Order number
  • Invoice image
  • Outer box image
  • 2 clear images of opened package
  • Complete unboxing video

Resolution:

  • Missing product will be re-shipped promptly
  • Refunds are not applicable

4. Spoiled Product

If you receive a spoiled product:

Required details:

  • Order number
  • Manufacturing/packing date
  • Clear images or video of product

Important Note:

  • We do not accept returns for variation in:
    • Taste
    • Texture
    • Colour
    • Aroma

(This is because our products are natural and handmade, so variations may occur.)

Resolution:

  • Product replacement will be provided after proper verification

5. Resolution Timeline

  • All emails will be responded within 24–48 hours
  • Our team will assist you until the issue is resolved

6. Final Decision

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Gohonest.
We assure a fair and transparent resolution process.
